Born in Elkhorn, WI on June 8, 1963.
Attorney Hinkston is a 1988 graduate of Creighton University School of Law (cum laude) where he was an Assistant Editor of the Creighton Law Review, a member of the
International Moot Court Board and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Advanced Constitutional Law. He is the author of various articles on issues involving construction law, has presented at seminars on the subject, and is a member of Scribes, the American Society of Writers on Legal Subjects and an associate member of the Racine-Kenosha Builders Association.
